Nike Kids Flex 2016 Rn (GS) Running Shoes - Lightweight & Breathable Sneakers for Boys & Girls - Perfect for School, Sports & Daily Activities

I purchased a pair of Nike Flex 2016 shoes for my daughter several months ago. I usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes for her because her foot is a bit wide. She loves this style, and they have held up very well after going through the washer and being air dried. The fabric over the top of the foot is flexible and allows the toes the move more than other shoes. Because my daughter was so pleased with them, I purchased a pair for my son who also has a wide foot. He has a couple of pairs of Nikes in other styles, and he is currently in a size 4.5. In the Flex, the 4.5 was a bit shorter and he did not feel like he had enough room in the toe area even though the shoe was wide enough. I had to return them, but we may try a half size larger when he needs a new pair. I still think that this is a great shoe, even though the sizing was a bit different than we were expecting.
