Great quality, yes you do have to put it together but it was well worth the time my daughter was supper happy.This was perfect for our Tangled birthday party. Quality was good. Some assembly required. Made decorating a breeze!Everything is in pieces and you have to put it together. Ended up using tape to get sticks to stay on cards. Balloons had terrible smell and tasted like gasoline when trying to blow them up. Good theme but lacks quality I’ve seen with other party sets.For my daughters birthdayArt is wonderful and vibrant. Our little girl was ecstatic over it all. The balloons were sturdy and didn’t break as I blew them up. Only complaint -It would have been nice to have the character on both sides of the balloons instead of only one side.
