Aim of the game: Get rid of all your cards
Playing the game: Shuffle all the cards and deal 4 to each player. The rest of the cards are placed face down in a pile to form the deck. The players pick up their cards. For younger players or during the first few games, players can also put their cards face up in front of them. Turn over the top card from the deck and place it face up in the middle of the table. The youngest player starts, then play continues in a clockwise direction. The player whose turn it is looks at the cards in their hand and the card in the middle of the table.
If they have a card that shows the same animal or that is the same colour as the card in the middle of the table, they put their card on top.
If they do not have a card with the same animal or same colour, they cannot put any cards in the middle of the table and pick up a card from the deck instead.
Then it’s the next player’s turn.
N.B.: When all cards have been taken from the deck, all cards from the middle of the table are collected, apart from the top card, which remains in place. The cards are shuffled and are returned to the deck, face down.
End of the game: The game is over when one player has no more cards in their hand. This player wins.
